Commercial State Bank of Waterloo, we have always recognized and
respected the privacy expectations of all of our customers. We understand
that due to the instantaneous movement of information in todays
technologically advanced world, the need to protect personal privacy
has become even more imperative to all of us. In order to keep our
customers informed of our privacy policies and to reaffirm our continued
commitment to respect our customers privacy, we have adopted
this Privacy Protection Notice.
This notice is applicable to the consumer customers of our Bank.
It is provided for information purposes to all consumer customers
as required under federal privacy law. This is not a notice of any
changes to our existing privacy policies. No action is required
on your part, other than to have been notified of our privacy policies.
The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will
continue to be maintained in accordance with this notice even if
in the future you decide to close your accounts with us or you become
an inactive customer. As used in this notice, the terms you
and customer(s) mean all of our consumer customers who
have a continuing relationship with us such as a deposit account,
loan, safe deposit box or IRA account where we act as custodian.
Visitors to this bank Website remain anonymous. We do not collect
identifying information about visitors to our site. We may use standard
software to collect non-identifying information about our visitors,
such as (1) Date and time our site was accessed; (2) IP address
(a numeric address given to our servers connected to the Internet);
(3) Web browser used; (4) City, State and country, etc.
The bank uses this information to create summary statistics and

3. What Information We Disclose to Our Marketing
Service Providers or Joint Marketing Partners

non-affiliated third parties, such as insurance providers, with
whom we have joint marketing agreements. In addition, in order to
