- CSB is always looking for ways to better serve our customers. We think that Overdraft Privilege will do just that and add value to your CSB checking account. We have added this service to all eligible checking accounts. Rather than automatically returning, unpaid, any non-sufficient fund items that you may have, we will consider, without obligation on our part, payment of your reasonable overdrafts, as long as you maintain your account in good standing. We may approve certain transactions that overdraw your account. An overdraft fee of $28.00 may be charged for each transaction that overdraws your account. The categories or types of transactions that may overdraw your account include payments, purchases and transfers. Whether your overdrafts will be paid or not is at our sole discretion and we reserve the right not to pay; for example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or if you have too many overdrafts. We reserve the right to require you to repay your overdrafts immediately or on demand. RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY and you should request a copy of the Overdraft Privilege Policy from any or our locations.
CSB offers safe deposit boxes at the following locations: Main
Bank, North Facility, Smithton Facility, and Freeburg Facility.
Sizes range from 3
x 5 to 10 x 10. Pricing ranges from $15.00 to $75.00 if paid
by automated deduction.

Like a safe deposit box, these boxes range in size from 3 x 10 to 10 x 10
with prices ranging from $30.00 to $75.00. These boxes are located in the
facility lobby and do not require a bank representative for access. For more

your social security number for PIN. Visit any of our locations
to sign up for telephone banking account transfer access.

convenience of purchasing anywhere Visa is accepted without having
to write a check.
We understand how important security is when it comes to your debit card. That’s why we have established Card Sentry—a proactive risk management tool. This tool reviews cardholder activity for any unusual transactions and creates alerts that are reviewed by fraud analysts on behalf of Commercial State Bank. If we notice any unusual activity on your account, we’ll contact you to verify the charges. Our fraud analysts will never ask for full card numbers, account information or social security numbers. They will merely ask to speak with the cardholder, identify the transaction(s) in question and ask you to confirm if they are valid nor not.
